Bruno Mars and the Red Hot Chili Peppers To Perform at Super Bowl Half-Time Show!

This going to be one hell of a half-time show!

This going to be one hell of a half-time show!

Bruno Mars is set to be joined by the Red Hot Chili Peppers at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on February 2nd, it was revealed on the 11th of January during Fox’s broadcast of the NFC Divisional Playoff  between the New Orleans Saints and the Seattle Seahawks. I think this is great news because I love them both and both are great live so it should be a half-time show to remember! 🙂

The band are set to be the very first capital-R Rock band to perform a Super Bowl Halftime show in four years. The last was The Who who did a greatest hits medley at Florida’s Sun Life Stadium in the year 2010.

Previous artists who have graced the Super Bowl stage include our own U2, the outstandingly eccentric and fabulous Madonna, the fab Prince, the amazing Paul McCartney and the Queen B herself Beyoncé.
