5 Videos To Watch This Week On YouTube!

Hi everybody! 🙂

Recently Tina Turner passed away. She was an incredible and legendary artist and person. May she rest in peace and my condolences are with all her loved ones at this very sad time. Here are five videos from the amazing Tina Turner.

Music

First up we have the music video for On Silent Wings from Tina Turner’s YouTube channel. Tina’s vocal is so beautiful on this track and it is a wonderful song. The music video is great and works so well with the message of the song.

Next up we have the music video for a really gorgeous song Something Beautiful Remains also from Tina Turner’s YouTube channel. The lyrics are just so relatable and Tina’s vocal adds so much depth to the lyrics. An amazing music video.

I love lots of Tina’s songs but Nutbush City Limits is probably my favourite. I have a lot of memories of dancing to this as a child, teenager and adult. I adore the attitude and storytelling in Tina’s vocal and the song is very storytelling too. This is the music video for the 90s version and shows many moments from Tina’s career. Love it. Poem: Mostly Sunny

Photo by todd kent on Unsplash

The computer says mostly sunny,

oh how beautiful,

not something one sees in Ireland ofen

even in Summer,

Summer is usually just Summer by name

but no this year is stunningly sunny,

time to take the sun hats out from the back of the closet

or purchase that new Panama hat,

get some ice in a drink

and sit out the front,

have a nice day at the beach,

too much sun though I may have to go back inside,

I’m not used to mostly sunny.
