Here are my latest five video suggestions.

Music

First up we have Whitney Houston’s live performance of Do You Hear What I Hear from The Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson but Jay Leno was guest-hosting during this show. The performance is from The Best of Whitney’s YouTube channel and took place in 1990. Whitney’s vocal is just outstanding. A brilliant performance.

Next up we have the official music video for Beverley Knight’s A Christmas Wish which was the Theme to the film The Loss Adjuster. I think the song is really catchy and Beverley sings it so well. There’s great storytelling in Beverley’s delivery of the track. The music video is great. I love how the scenes from the film were so seamlessly included and it worked together very well. The way those disco balls shimmer with Beverley’s jewelry and the slight sparkle in her dress worked a treat too. The tiny details. 🙂

Next up we have Dionne Warwick’s stunning performance of Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas. The performance took place for Max Proms 2007 and is from Christmas Music Videos YouTube Channel. Just absolutely stunning performance.

Next up we have Alesia Michelle’s cover of GEE Wiz It’s Christmas. Fantastic version and the video accompanies the song very well.

Finally for now here is Mahalia Jackson with The Christmas Songs. Superb, amazing listen. A real joy. The video is from vacksbook’s YouTube channel.

Next up here is another Dolly Christmas Special from 1987. Here is A Down Home Country Christmas: With Dolly Parton. It is from her TV show Dolly. Another fun and incredible special. Really enjoyable. The video is from DollyParton1946’s YouTube channel.

Next up here is Alexandra Burke being interviewed on This Morning about getting number one 15 years ago with Hallelujah. A really interesting interview. The video is from LU7 Television Clips Xtra’s YouTube channel.
