Beauty On A Budget: Pre-Summer Look Tutorial

Hello again everyone and welcome to the latest Beauty On A Budget make-up tutorial. For this tutorial I am going to be creating a combination of a shiny and well not so shiny make-up tutorial. A kind of a make-up opposites attract look. The transition between the casual look of spring to the glitz and shine of summer.  Hope you all like it.🙂

So without further ado let’s get to this …

First off here is me before the tutorial:

Step 1

Using Miss Beauty London Perfect Face Primer and Make Up Gallery Make Up Sponges 24 Pack, cover your face and neck and rub the primer in. The smaller triangle sponges are great for any blending of the primer under your eyes. Using Manhattan Fresher Skin Foundation – Classic Ivory and Make Up Gallery Make Up Sponges 24 Pack, cover your face and neck and rub the foundation in. The smaller triangle sponges are great for any blending of the foundation under your eyes. Using the make-up pad provided, blend in Miss Beauty London powder around the face. Using Make-Up Gallery Hide & Seek Concealer Natural Coverage dot under the eyes, just in the middle of the forehead leading off from the nose area, lightly around the face and on any blemishes. Rub in well with Make Up Gallery Make Up Sponges 24 Pack. Again the little triangle is great for under eyes. To make the nose longer and thinner, draw lines down side of nose on both sides and in the middle of the nose without joining the lines and place a dot on top of the nose. Again blend in well with the little triangle.

Using the brush above from Make Up Gallery Cosmetic Brushes, highlight your cheeks with the first colour indicated in the top of the Max & More Conceal, Highlight and Contour Cream Palette on the picture shown above by the direction of the brush and use the second colour indicated as blusher in the bottom picture.

Step 3

Using the Make Up Gallery Brown 4, cover each eyelid and do a mini wing by drawing upwards from the outside corner of your eye. Cover above eyelids with Miss Beauty London Eye Crayon Soft Creamy Eye Colour 2 Cappuccino. Also use the crayon to brighten up inner corners of eyes and dab under eyes too. Use Essence Kajal Pencil – White under eyes as well. Blend brown and white together. Use the black in Miss Beauty London Eye Brown Kit and with the brush provided use it as an eyeliner and on your eye brows. Using Max & More Mascara With Argan Oil – Black place on the top and bottom of your top lids and the tops of your bottom lids. When coating the under part of your top lids wriggle the brush through for extra volume and length.

Lisa 13

Step 4

Using Miss Beauty London Eye Crayon Soft Creamy Eye Colour 2 Cappuccino, coat your lips adding extra shine to the middle of the bottom lip.

Step 5

Using Make Up Gallery Time to Shine Nail colour – Deep Amethyst 28, paint nails.

Beauty On A Budget: Christmas Make-Up Look 2 Tutorial

On December 10th, I was out at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre with my sister Sharon at Christmas Queens and in this tutorial I am re-creating my make-up look from the night. All products used are from Dealz, Euro Saver and Euro Giant. There is some similarities between this tutorial and the last tutorial so you get two similar looks but with differences that make a whole new look. The next tutorial will be very different from these two but I thought it was a nice look and I wanted to share how it was done with you all.

So without further ado let’s get to this …

First off here is me before the tutorial:

Step 1

Primer on!

webcam-toy-photo53

Foundation on!

Concealer on!

Step 2

Using the smaller brush from Make Up Gallery Cosmetic Brushes shown above, place the gold shade (3 shades in on the right in the above photograph) on your eyelids from Max & More Nude Look Palette and as a highligher blend into the top of your cheeks and put in the corners of your eyes for a little extra shimmer. Using Max & More Mascara With Argan Oil – Black place on the top and bottom of your top lids and the tops of your bottom lids. When coating the under part of your top lids wriggle the brush through for extra volume and length. Using Make Up Gallery Brown 4 Soft Kohl Eyeliner do under your eyes. Using Make Up Gallery eyebrow brush, the bigger one shown above, from Make Up Gallery Cosmetic Brushes, brush your eyebrows with the thin teeth side first and then with the fuzzy side. Using Miss Beauty London Eye Brow Kit, put on the black side of the palette using the brush provided and brush through your eyebrows.

Step 3

webcam-toy-photo62

Sadly I couldn’t find out who the company was that created the red lipstick. The shade is called 334 Mercatura and was made in Germany. But there is plenty of inexpensive red lipsticks available and any of them in a similar shade to this one will do the job. Put on the red lipstick generously, applying more to your bottom lip for extra shine. Cover with Miss Beauty London Lipstick Sealer.

Set with Max & More Makeup Setting Spray.

But Miss Pejic doesn’t just excel in the fashion stakes when it comes to her look. She has also created her own set of eyeshadows with Make Up For Ever when she became the first transgender model to be the face of a major cosmetics brand after been the first transgender model to be profiled by Vogue also.

The Incredible Style of Brian Molko!

Placebo’s Brian Molko is a stunning looking man. One of the most beautiful men I’ve ever seen if I’m been honest so he could probably wear a bin bag and look amazing if I’ve been completely honest. But he has got incredible style. With a perfect combination of androgyny, rock and gothic styles, Brian Molko manages to rock up the fashion stakes as well as the rock world so let’s take a look at some of his best looks throughout the years:

Black Pearls Colour Perfect Trio From No 7!

I don’t know if this eye shadow is still available but it is an incredible eye shadow. It is not tested on animals and is fragrance free so there’s no guilt involved in using this amazing product!

With two tiny eye brushes included, the trio I have includes three colours: Black, Blue and White which is three perfect shades for rock or Gothic make-up. It goes on incredibly easily and isn’t difficult to get off either unlike some eye shadows which are hard to come off and stain down your face with the water. Play around with it and mix the colours together for great eccentric effects or wear it in a classic one-colour look. Either way it is superb and really makes your eyes glow. The blue and especially the black are great for smokey eye looks while the white makes your eyes shine a relaxed, casual way. It is also a very long-lasting eye shadow which is always great news! 🙂

Osiris Avise CC Cream Colour Corrector Cream Natural!

I recently started using Osiris Avise CC Cream Colour Corrector Cream Natural after getting it for the bargain price of €1.50 down in the Euro shop.

It is a little miracle which makes your skin look very clear but also very natural, almost like you aren’t wearing make-up but still adding a healthy glow and shine to your complexion. It’s almost like a second skin, it makes your skin look like it is incredibly clear. It also has SPF 15 UV Protection too. It’s brilliant. I love it and I’m sure you will too! 🙂
