Vicky Pattison Is The New Queen Of The Jungle!

Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison has been crowned the 2015 Queen of the jungle on I’m A Celebrity tonight. The 28-year-old reality TV star bet Union J singer George Shelley into second place with The Only Way Is Essex’s Ferne McCann finishing in third place.

After Ant & Dec announced the result of her win, an excited Vicky was presented with her crown and staff by last year’s king of the jungle Carl “Foggy” Fogarty.

She said of her win,

“I can’t thank everyone who voted for us enough. I don’t even think I deserve it! Thank you so much. I love you all. And I’m probably going to have to pay for my mam and all my mates’ phone bills when this is over!”

The Newcastle lass became the second late arrival after Christopher Biggins’ win in 2007 and had an emotional reunion with her mum Caroll on the bridge.

Congratulations to Vicky and well done to George and Ferne too. 🙂

My Opinion On The I’m A Celeb Final Five!

i-m-a-celebrity-logo-945762134Well it has been another interesting series of I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here and we have once again reached the latter stages of the competition. I’m sad Lady C isn’t there but obviously there was medical reasons so I’m glad she did what was best for her health but I loved her in it. Both Lady C and Kieron have been my favourites in the series.

Here is my opinion on our final five my dears:

Kieron Dyer

Kieron seems really nice and is my winner. I find him quite introverted and I can relate to that. I admire him for doing it because I’d imagine it isn’t easy going in among all the big personalities and he is from a sporting background so the whole showbiz thing would be quite new. I also loved the friendship he had with Lady C and Chris Eubank who I also would have liked to have seen in the last five. He’s also been up for the challenges too and I love his sense of humour.

Ferne McCann

My second favourite of the last five is Ferne. She seems really natural and nice and that challenge with the snakes in the pit was pretty something. If that snake was around my neck I would probably so much that the snake would kill me. Although the sight of the pit may be enough to do that to be fair. So yeah, a huge challenge that could possibly be a huge turning point in Ferne possibly winning it. Well I have a bet on her at 33/1 so I’m hoping it is anyway. Her friendships with Vicky and George have also been lovely.

George Shelley

I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!

I have a soft spot for George because I’m a Union J fan and he hasn’t disappointed me in the jungle. He seems really nice and his penchant for hugs always makes me smile. Shows a warmness and a gentleness which are great qualities. I love his friendship with Ferne and he’s always up for every challenge he’s set. I don’t know if George has been in the show as much as some of the others however. There has been times he has faded into the background but he is coming across very well.

Vicky Pattison

I like Vicky and she is always up for the challenges. She seems really nice and I love her friendship with Ferne too. I love some of the comments she made too because she comes across as a feminist which is always a good thing.

Jorgie Porter

Jorgie seems really nice. She is always up for the challenges even if the last one was a bit of a disaster. Still the eating challenge with Lady C was brilliant and both Jorgie and Susannah did bravely jump out of the plane at the beginning.

Life After The Jungle: I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here: The Coming Out Show!

And so now here is my final I’m A Celeb blog of the season guys and gals! 🙂 The traditional coming out show where we see all the campmates leave the jungle and see all their families and friends again. Tissues at the ready! Here is my five highlights from the show!:

Tinchy’s Exit

I love Tinchy! And I was looking forward to seeing Man Like Tinchy’s exit from the jungle. It was brilliant seeing him meet up with his mate Michael Bell and them stopping off for a KFC on their way to the hotel where he met up again with Michael. Fabulous campmate! Love him!

Jimmy massages Edwina and Comes Up Behind Michaela on This Morning

Jimmy wasn’t my favourite campmate this year but these two moments were priceless TV. They were very funny. And Edwina’s first masseur. Swoon! 🙂

Foggy With His Family

Seeing Foggy with his family was very emotional. It reminded me of me with my mum, sister and my late dad. They seem a lovely family.

Michael’s Exit

It was really sweet seeing Michael with his wife Chris. They seem such a lovely couple.

The Party

The party looked fun and there was no rows at it like last year’s. And Foggy’s speech was fab!

Oh I loved the friendship between Michael and Tinchy! Tinchy was my favourite campmate this year. He reminded me a bit of myself and his friendship with Michael was so sweet. Michael’s rap was such a highlight from this year!

Foggy’s Boulder Dash Trial!

This was a great trial by the king on his way to victory! And everything remained in tact, if you get what I mean, during it! 🙂

Tinchy’s The Catacombs Of Doom Trial

The trial he had to fight Jake for! Brilliant, 6 out of 7 stars! Just that damn water!

The Phone Calls From Home!

This was great! I still can’t believe Tinchy didn’t know his girlfriend’s voice! Priceless!

Foggy Wins!

We couldn’t really end on any other highlight, could we?! Deserving winner Foggy’s reaction was brilliant as he fell to his knees. Well done Foggy! 🙂

Carl ‘Foggy’ Fogarty Wins I’m A Celebrity 2014!

Last night Lancashire-born and four-time World Superbike champion Carl ‘Foggy’ Fogarty won the fourteenth series of ITV’s I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!

The star beat off stiff competition in the final from former X Factor contestant Jake Quickenden who was second and presenter Mel Sykes who was third. Fogarty was presented with the crown and staff by last year’s king of the jungle former Westlife star and Voice of Ireland coach Kian Egan after the result was announced by Ant & Dec and was met by his wife Michaela at the end of the bridge in excited and adorable circumstances where his crown fell off at one stage and an excited Michaela put it back on his head.

Foggy said of his time in the jungle,

‘Nobody thought they were up themselves and everybody was lovely. Ten really nice people – and I’m not a people person. Everyone was easy-going.’

And said of his win that it was ‘the best thing that’s ever happened to me’.

Very well deserved Foggy! 🙂

The NTAs 2014!

Dermot O’ Leary presented the NTAs this year and the show was opened brilliantly by Sam Bailey, Michael Bolton and a choir of kids from Educating Yorkshire.

The first award of the night went to Paul O’ Grady: For The Love of Dogs for Factual Entertainment. I was so happy because I love that show! 🙂 Sam and Michael presented them with the award. Paul mentioned how the real stars of the show were the dogs.

The next award was presented by Tom Daley for Entertainment Programme. This award went I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! Kian and Joey spoke. Well done Kian and co!

The Documentary Series Award went to Educating Yorkshire while Best Newcomer went to Khali Best from Eastenders who was presented the award by fellow Eastenders’ Danny Dyer and Kellie Bright and gave a really nice speech. Daytime went to This Morning.

Matt Smith won Drama Performance while Drama was won by Doctor Who. TV Detective was won by Benedict Cumberbatch.

Nigel Havers did a fab performance as Simon Cowell from Harry Hill’s musical based on The X Factor I Can’t Sing with the actress who plays Sinita and another fab performance from Abbey Clancy, Craig Revel Horwood, Bruno Tonioli and three professional male dancers. Abbey, Craig and Bruno presented the award to Ant & Dec.

Irish luck was shining as Mrs Brown’s Boys took home the Comedy award. Well done all! Brendan joked, “Thank you so much for voting. It looks like our Twitter campaign, our advertising and our threats paid off.”

Serial Drama Performance went to Julie Hesmondhalgh presented by Nick Grimshaw. I was so happy for her. I just wish that both her and David Neilson could have jointly won. They came up together and it was so sweet! 🙂 She thanked her deceased dad who died last year, her husband and David.

Sam Bailey sang The Power of Love beautifully too.

Talent Show went to Strictly Come Dancing and Corrie won the Serial Drama which audience member Sarah presented.

The Landmark award was won by Ant & Dec.

The awards were as usual voted by the public. Well done to everyone! 🙂

Kian Egan Appears on The Late Late Show!

Kian Egan appeared on The Late Late Show this week!

Kian Egan appeared on The Late Late Show this week!

I watched current king of the jungle Westlife star Kian Egan talking on The Late Late Show on RTE over here in Ireland this week.

Egan, from Sligo, spoke about his time in the jungle saying that his biggest challenges while participating in the ITV show were missing loved ones, the lack of food and been cut off from society. He spoke about how he prayed to his deceased father Kevin every night while he was in the jungle.

His mother Patricia, his brother and his sisters were in the audience and his mum spoke. She spoke about how she wasn’t worried about Kian going into the jungle because she knew he was an adventurer but that she was worried that he wouldn’t take care of his skin and get sunburn. Kian also revealed that his mum sent him a sent saying how his father would have been proud of him the jungle and that he reminded her of his dad.

The moment when he seen Jodi in the jungle was played and Kian revealed how he knew when he seen Jodi there that everything outside with his son Koa and all his loved ones was Ok and settled. He spoke about how listening to fellow campmates Alfonso Ribeiro and Vincent Simone talk about recently having babies made him broody to want to have another child with Jodi.

Egan also spoke about the differences in the fame he had in Westlife and the fame he had since leaving I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here’s jungle. He revealed that when he was in Westlife he would get people saying that they liked his music but now he would get people saying that they thought he was a really nice person.

He spoke about fellow campmate Joey Essex and how he advised Joey to save more money whilst in the jungle. He spoke about how Joey had a Gucci pair of shorts for a sum of 350 while his shorts which looked identical were a sum of 50. And then we seen Kian’s jackets throughout the years, some of which were expensive but Kian was quick to point out he didn’t choose them all, and an inexpensive jacket which he wore in Grease when he was in secondary school.

He joked presenter Ryan Tubrity when asked what he hoped for next, “to stand up and he’d show him.” joking that he wanted his job.

Catch Kian on The Voice of Ireland on RTE every Sunday!

I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! Highlights Week 3! Kian Wins!

The king of the jungle Kian Egan!

The king of the jungle Kian Egan!

Hi all! So we seen Kian been crowned King of the jungle but it has been an eventful week to get to this point. And it has been a week of betting for me and the family with reasonably good results! Read on for your jungle highlights for the final week of I’m A Celeb 2013!

The cruelty towards Amy continues. Couldn’t stand that.

The campmates do the immunity challenge and Matthew wins immunity from the first vote off.

Lucy and Steve do the Dingo Dollar challenge with Steve been hung up in the air in a net.

Annabel becomes the first campmate to be voted out. She chooses Joey or Kian to win.

Laila does the trial and gets all the stars.

Laila is voted out. She chooses Kian to win and my mum and sister win a bit of cash in the bookies on her going out. Yay!

Steve did the challenge and falls over before he begins. One of the funniest moments of the series!

Vincent and Kian do the Dingo Dollar challenge with Vincent in a funny, colourful outfit.

Tuesday seen the first double eviction and Vincent and Matthew were the two campmates to leave. Vincent chose Joey to win while Matthew stuck with Kian. And it was another good night on the betting front. I like Vincent but I thought he might go so I did a bet on him.

Kian and Alfonso do the challenge and get all 8 stars.

The camp all get letters from home.

Wednesday saw us win more money as Steve Davis exited the jungle.

Next to leave was Alfonso and Rebecca.

The celebrities play a quiz for a night in the jacuzzi with champagne and Kian and Alfonso do a challenge for the strawberries and chocolate where they almost kiss. They all win except Lucy and Rebecca.

Amy does the trial and gets 7 out of 8 stars.

Joey and Alfonso do the Dingo Dollar challenge dressed as cockroaches.

Betsy has more contraband that has to be given up! Betsy needs to go in next year!

All the celebrities win their phone call for finding the number in the jungle in time but Kian doesn’t sadly.

David and Amy do the Dingo Dollar challenge transferring coins in a box into a bag. Sadly the camp get the question wrong.

The celebrities do Celebrity Cyclone!

Leaving tonight was Joey and Amy. It was a major shock that Joey left.

Kian and David talk fashion and Kian reveals that Simon Cowell went all out for Westlife’s wardrobe so they had better clothes than Boyzone.

The final three take part in the trial where Kian is put in with his “buddies” rats, David with snakes including this large one that up his shorts and Lucy with a large lizard which she called Mike.

They take part in a quiz to win the treats they lost in the Dingo Dollar Challenges where they must pick the right former campmate to answer a question on general knowledge.

David admits that he thought the show was staged.

Leaving in 3rd place was Lucy.

Kian and David do the eating trial and have meals such as a pig testicle and a fish eye. They get all the meals.

Kian is crowned king of the jungle. By the end him, Joey and David were my fave campmates with Vincent next to them so I was delighted for Kian. Well done to him! First Irish winner! We’re all proud of you in Ireland boy! He met his wife Jodi on the bridge and got emotional. It was so sweet and romantic.

Vincent looking hot and showing off that fine bottom of his!

Hi all! Here is the highlights from week two of the jungle:

Joey does the trial in a cave with rats after my own heart. (Nibbling away! Those guys and gals know a good-looking man when they see one too!) and gets 8 stars.

Joey does the live trial Critters Got Talent. I was sad because I was supposed to go and try out for BGT on Sunday and I couldn’t get to the audition! I was like not tonight of all nights! But outside of that I completely enjoyed the trial. Alfonso was his assistant with some of the trials. Joey got 10 stars. And I got Gangnam Style when he did it and Shar got God Save The Queen and we all got Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Loved him attempting to sing I Will Survive by Gloria Gaynor. And Thriller was fab too.

Alfonso gets a bit down and David comforts him.

Vincent walks around in short pants. So hot!

The camps are put in 4 teams to win a luxury night in a villa while the 3 losing teams are put on a bus of horrors. In the first round Kian, Mo and team captain Steve beat Lucy, Alfonso and team captain Vincent.

Vincent says he wishes his penis was longer. Didn’t look that small yesterday babe. Don’t worry yourself! He says Alfonso doesn’t have that problem.

David says that he thinks style is not a fixed thing and that it is whatever you like yourself and I have always agreed with him and it’s great to see someone with his reputation in fashion saying that.

Vincent dances with David and Annabel in his short pants. Oh keep this up Vincent! Please do! Talk turns to who has the best ass amongst the males in the camp. Annabel says Vincent does while Steve lets them know that he won arse of the year back in his day. Alfonso says that they don’t know what he is like in his pants and Kian tells them he has a great ass.

Show not on due to football match.

David and his team Rebecca and Matthew win their semi-final for the villa final against Amy and her team Joey and Annabel.

Kian gets 9 stars in the cave challenge.

Vincent dances with Amy.

Kian, Mo and Steve win the night of luxury in the villa and the next day Kian’s wife, Steve’s girlfriend and Mo’s sister come to see them. They also give messages from the loved ones of their other campmates.

The other campmates have to survive the night of terror on the bus.

Kian and Joey become the camp saviours following the public vote.

Lucy got 8 stars in the limo challenge.

Rebecca gets 10 stars in the water challenge but is almost stopped by a persistent mud crab. David had wanted to do the challenge.

Alfonso and Matthew have a row over how many days it says on their contract that they have to stay in the jungle.

Joey and Kian do a memory challenge and Joey despite saying he has a bad memory proves himself wrong by getting 22 out of 25 right. Kian gets 18 right. They save Mo for immunity but she isn’t happy about it as she wanted to go.

Joey and Kian discuss Towie and Westlife. Kian and Jodi watch Towie.

Joey and Kian pick Amy to be a camp saviour with them.

David, Vincent and Alfonso agree to look out for Amy with some of the other girls’ jealousy of her beauty.

Vincent and Steve discuss their bums.

On one of the days but I can’t remember which now Union J’s Carry You was played over the show for a few seconds and I thought that was fab!Talk to you all next week with more highlights!
