There is also three different ways to make Chicken Stir-Fry from China, Vietnam and Indonesia and three ways to make Chicken Fricassee from France, England and the USA. Readers also have a helpful glossary of terms.
The book has a gorgeous array of recipes which leave readers spoiled for choice. There is great cooking and serving tips and suggestions for beverages to go with the meals. Also there is lots of facts about the countries and their cuisines. I really enjoyed it. Some gorgeous, gorgeous food options here. The photographs are beautiful too and the amount of detail put into this book is great.
