My Top 5 Tips For Eurovision 2014!

The world of sequins and glamour is upon us again with the two semi-finals recently completed and if you are you looking for a final last minute bet, here is my tips for the winner of Eurovision 2014!:

United Kingdom

Molly Smitten-Downes is representing the UK this year with her song Children of the Universe. It is quite a catchy song and I go around a lot humming it which is a good sign. There’s also a bit of an edge to Molly’s voice which I love.

Price: 12/1

Austria

Conchita Wurst is representing Austria this year with her song Rise Like A Phoenix this year. She qualified from the second semi-final yesterday in a tension filled result where she was called out last. It is a really strong song and Conchita is a brilliant singer. An absolute vocal powerhouse.

Price: 5/2

The Netherlands

A bit of country blues! The Common Linnets’ Calm After The Storm is unique for Eurovision. The harmoneys of IIse DeLange and Waylon are very tight. They blend beautifully together.

Price: 7/2

Hungary

András Kállay-Saunders’s entry for Hungary Running is about domestic abuse. As well as having an excellent message, it has a very catchy beat and András is a very good singer. Another song I keep humming.

Price: 16/1

Sweden

Sanna Nielsen is representing Sweden at this year’s contest with Undo. I can relate to a lot of the lyrics. It’ll be there or thereabouts.

Price: 3/1

Hope it helps! 🙂
