Paul Walker and Roger Rodas Die In Car Crash

Actor Paul Walker and the co-owner of a car customisation business Roger Rodas were killed in a car crash on November 30th in Santa Clarita at about 3.30pm. The two friends and business partners were killed after the car that they were travelling in hit a lamp post and a tree before bursting into flames while the kind-hearted pair were on their way to an event for Walker’s charity Reach Out.The fundraiser was to help victims of Typhoon Haiyan.

Deputies arrived at the scene and found the cars in flames. Walker and Rodas were pronounced dead at the scene, the statement said.

“Sadly, I must confirm that Paul did pass away this afternoon in a car accident,” Ame Van Iden, Walker’s publicist, said in an email.

Walker was 40 and Rodas was 38. Far too young. May they both rest in peace.

My condolences are with Walker’s girlfriend Jasmine and daughter Meadow and the rest of both their loved ones at this very sad time. I understand how terrible grief is and I hope they can get through this terrible time. There is nothing worse than losing someone you love.
